Miner Mario Sepulveda: the miracle survival that marks the time for change
VIVAT International had the opportunity, alongside the Working Group on Mining, to meet with Mario Sepulveda. He was one of the Chilean miners who endured the 69-day ordeal of being trapped underground. Beyond his joking nature, Mario surfaced from the mine as one of the leaders of the group who helped carry the 33 miners to survival through his humor and strong spirituality.

Para mí, en Dakar, una verdadera mouvance ocurrió, surgida de las profundas entrañas de las personas y de la tierra. Mes Memorable en VIVAT
Ocho Congregaciones se unieron a las dos Congregaciones Fundadoras como miembros permanentes o asociados. Antes, pensaba que VIVAT era una pequeña oficina en Nueva York. Ahora, viendo la información que manejan desde varias partes del mundo, incluyendo su oficina en Ginebra, estoy más conciente de nuestra pertenencia VIVAT en virtud de ser miembros de nuestras Congregaciones.

VIVAT Internacional Quito, Ecuador
VIVAT Internacional realizó un taller para miembros de las congregaciones afiliadas en Latinoamérica y El Caribe del 24 al 28 de octubre 2010. Este taller se celebró en el centro de conferencias de los Misioneros del Verbo Divino en Quito, Ecuador. Participaron 31 mujeres y hombres religiosos de siete institutos, que trabajan en nueve países.
